It is our burden here at Shining Light School for Boys to first help these young men to get caught up in their schoolwork and learn how to maintain good study habits. We will train them to focus on their schoolwork as well as their Bible study. We will also teach the boys the way of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe strongly that if you go through life and miss Jesus, then you have missed everything in life worth living for.Secondly, our goal is to teach the boys how to become respectable young men for the cause of Christ. We will try to redirect their heart of rebellion into a heart full of love and respect through the word of God. Our Prayer is that Shining Light School for Boys will produce young men of integrity, courage, honor, and commitment to their family, their country, their community and to the things of God.Thirdly, to produce young men that will some day not only serve their community but, the local church through a life of dedication and the love of God. We will teach them the importance of Scripture memorization and a good study life not only of the Bible but their academics as well.
